Hello! I’m Mary and I am so glad you’re here. I am a Holistic Health Coach and believe that all areas of your life are connected, affecting your health as a whole.
I graduated from both The Academy of Healing Nutrition and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you. I believe in implementing gradual and sustainable food and lifestyle choices, producing real and lasting results to improve your energy, health, and well-being.
Food is the most powerful medicine with the ability to heal your body and prevent disease, but optimal health and wellness goes far beyond just food, it’s seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as healthy relationships, movement, a fulfilling career and a spiritual practice that fills your soul and satisfies your hunger for life.
My journey with fad dieting started when I was 10 and continued them for 16 years, with an extreme eating disorder between them. After experiencing trauma from the sudden death of my new born son, I went on a journey to heal myself holistically through gradually implementing more real food, daily mindful movement, spiritual work and finding support when and where I needed it.
